Should I wait until the weekend or start the program during the week?

You can do either, depending on what fits your lifestyle. Just starting is a positive step towards your success. The first two weeks of your wellness plan will be a foundation towards overall lifestyle renewal, health and vitality.

How long can I stay on the program?

As long as you are doing well and making progress, you can stay on the program for as long as it takes to reach your desired goals. If your goal is to lose more than 30 pounds, you may need to be on the program for an extended amount of time. A commitment to following the program as directed will create the maximum results.

How fast will I lose weight?

An expected 2-5 pound weight loss per week results in one or more inches in decreased abdominal girth. Individual weight loss and inches may vary depending upon your metabolism, activity and intake.

Is this program safe?

Yes, your Body Solutions treatment plan provides all of the calories and nutrients necessary to maintain your optimal health. Your treatment plan contains adequate protein, complex carbohydrates, fat and fiber.

How often should I weigh?

Weigh in once a week, just to keep yourself on track. If you are following your treatment plan, weight loss will occur. Weigh yourself on the same scale, preferably at the same time of day. Weight fluctuations of several pounds can happen daily and is influenced by your food intake, hydration and bowel habits (gastrointestinal function).

Can I chew gum?

You may use sugar-free gum or mints, but use with discretion. These products contain sorbitol, which may stimulate your appetite, and may also cause you gastric distress. We recommend gums and mints sweetened with natural xylitol which also promotes healthy gums and teeth.

What is a meal replacement?

A meal replacement provides nutritionally balanced calories from proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Meal replacements are recommended during weight loss because they:

• Crowd out and reduce food choice decisions
• Add structure and convenience for busy lifestyles
• Provide nutritionally balanced meals replacing high calorie choices
• Can provide a quick start to weight loss
• Facilitate and practice portion control
• Help to establish regular meal patterns
• Increase overall program compliance
• Help to break the overeating cycle

Should I take vitamins?

If you are on at least 5 meal replacements per day, you are receiving more than the required amount of vitamins and minerals in your diet, and do not need to supplement.

What is PXR?

PXR is a nutritionally balanced meal replacement, available in individual packets, ready to mix with water by blending or shaking to create an assortment of “shake” meals. This meal replacement is a proprietary blend developed by Body Solution Systems, LLC. It is an all natural product with no artificial colors or flavors. Do any of the meal replacements products contain harmful herbs or additives?

No. PXR does not contain any added stimulants, ephedrine or other herbs that might be harmful to your body.

How do I mix the packets?

Add 6-8 oz. of cold water into a blender bottle and the contents of your favorite Natural PXR flavor packet. Add ice if desired, shake and drink.
